Team Harper have done it again. SOLD 22 Clark Ave by way of a Pre-Auction Auction for a massive 49% above Rateable Valuation.

The secret is to carefully manage the sales process ensuring we create competition with all buyers that are likely to purchase. Each listing has to be treated differently carefully considering the best sales method and developing a bespoke marketing packages that targets the buyers we have identified may be attracted to the property.

There are many methods to advertise property – most companies have a cookie cutter approach where the agent selling down varies packages. These can be effective however can the agent hand on heart tell their vendor that they have explored every possible angle in attracting buyers to that property? At Team Harper yes of course we use the power of the Harcourts National and Hawkes Bay web sites plus the power of Real Estate.co.nz Trade Me etc. But we also look at age demographics eg. younger people use Social Media whereas older people are more drawn to Newsprint, magazines etc. So you need to consider options not necessarily covered by company packages.
